This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the operation of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), and defines the terms of use of the Site's materials and services. The Site Administrator provides information about itself, as well as contact information for feedback, on the Site. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The performance of conclusive actions by individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "User") aimed at using the Site shall be deemed as unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this Agreement. By this, the User confirms that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Terms of Use of the Site

1. Use of any materials and services of the Site is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The materials and services of the Site are intended for lawful purposes only.
2. The User has the right, at their own discretion, to view the materials and services of the Site, order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Site.
3. The User agrees to use the Site without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as any prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyright and related rights, rights to trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin, rights to industrial designs, rights to use images of people, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and its services, in particular by using programs to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the Site.
4. Use of the Site's materials without the consent of the copyright holder is not permitted. Lawful use of the Site's materials requires the consent of the Site Administrator or the copyright holder of the materials.
5. If technically possible, the User has the right to leave comments and other posts on the Site. The User guarantees that comments or other posts do not violate applicable law, do not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, discrediting, threatening, pornographic, hostile material, nor material containing harassment and signs of racial or ethnic discrimination, calling for actions that may be classified as criminal offenses, or considered unacceptable for other reasons, material promoting the cult of violence and cruelty, or containing profanity. The Site Administration does not undertake to pre-moderate materials and posts made by Users on the Site. The User is solely and fully responsible for comments and posts left on the Site by the User.
6. The Site Administrator is not responsible for the User's visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site. The User follows links contained on the Site to external resources at their own discretion and at their own risk.
7. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be liable to the User for any possible or incurred losses or damages associated with any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or obtained through external sites or resources, or any other contacts the User has entered into using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
8. By providing their personal data in any form (registration on the Site, placing orders, subscribing to promotional mailings, etc.) to the Site Administration, the User gives their consent to the processing of personal data by the Site Administration in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006. The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Site's Privacy Policy.
9. The Site Administrator has the right at any time, unilaterally and without any notice to the User, to change the content of the Site, as well as to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on this page. The current version of the Agreement is always located on this page. To avoid disputes regarding changes to the Agreement, the Site Administrator recommends periodically reviewing the content of the Agreement posted on this page. If the User does not agree with the changes made, they must stop using the Site.
10. The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict the User's access to the Site if it reasonably believes that the User is engaging in unlawful activity. Furthermore, the Administrator has the right to delete User materials at the request of authorized government authorities or interested parties if such materials violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
11. The Site Administrator and the User are responsible for non‑performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Site Administrator is not responsible for technical interruptions in the operation of the Site; however, the Site Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such interruptions.
12. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
13. All data posted or being posted on this Site is located on equipment situated on the territory of the Russian Federation.
14. The Administrator has the right to suspend the operation of the Site, as well as to partially or completely terminate access to the Site until the completion of necessary maintenance and/or modernization of the Site.
15. By taking actions to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that they have read, agree with, fully and unconditionally accept all the terms of the Agreement as a whole, and undertake to comply with them.
